Car rent terms and conditions

Car rent in Vilnius.

You are free to rent a car in this internet site, by calling us tel. 8-656 21191, 8-61282001 or by coming to see us at Verkių str.. 34a, Vilnius.

Prices and payment.

Minimum term of rental is one day (24 hours). In case of failure to duly return a car within more than 3 hours The customer shal pay as for additional rental day. Rental charges are to be paid at the begining of the rental. Payment is possible by credit card, by wire transfer or in cash. Due to the value of a specific car, the customer has to leave a an extra amount of money as a deposit (from 500 Lt to 1500Lt.), which shall be repayed when the customer returns an undamaged car.

Documents.

To rent a car a customer must provide a passport or Personal identity card and a valid driver‘s license. Minimum driving experience- 2 years. Juridical/legal persons must provide a warrant to represent the organisation.

Insurance.

All rented cars have an obligatory insurance of civil and legal respocebility and a mottor hull (CASCO) insurance. Insurance franchise is 400 lt. All the liability for the event that is not insured comes to the renter.

Delivery/return options.

A customer can take and return a car in the city of Vilnius during office hours ( from 8h to 18h ) without extra charge. The renter is charged an extra fee if a car is returned after office working hours or outside the area of Vilnius:

In Vilnius : after office hours 60Lt;
Outside the area of Vilnius : during office hours 40 lt + 1,0 lt/km, after office hours 80 lt + 1,0 lt/km.

Refueling options.

All cars are rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. In other case a customer must pay local refueling charge 5lt per 1liter.

Fines.

In case off loss of a car keys or documents a customer will be charged extra fee- 500lt. In case of a car interior damage – 600lt.

Replacement car.

In case of a car accident or technical problems replacement car can be provided in the area of Lithuania.
